Shipping

We ship orders every Monday using German post for small orders of 1 or 2 magazines, and FedEx for orders over 2 kg.

Standard shipping times for small orders (no tracking)
Untracked shipping to Germany may take 5–15 business days, to the USA/Pacific may take 2–6 weeks, and the rest of the world may take 2–8 weeks.

Standard shipping times for orders of 3 or more magazines (tracked)
1–3 business days for delivery in Germany and 2–10 business days for the rest of the world.

In order to keep our prices down we don’t track orders under 2kg, and if a delivery is delayed we ask customers to wait for the following period before contacting our support team to request a replacement delivery:

Germany – 2 weeks after posting
Rest of the world – 8 weeks after posting


If you have already waited longer than the worst case delivery times outlined above, please contact us to request a replacement delivery.

Refunds

Our company is bound to respect the European Union Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) regarding Purchase returns and refunds.

We accept returns shipped to us within 10 days of the delivery date. Please include a short note that includes your order number explaining the reason for your return. Customers must ensure that the merchandise is packed for return in such a manner as not to incur damage during the shipping process. Once we receive your return, we will promptly issue a refund to the account with which you placed the order.  We do ask that you please understand that shipping fees will not be reimbursed. Our return policy does allow for a refund for the item cost. Please note that if you are returning magazines, they must be unused in order to receive a refund.

If the item you have received is damaged in transit or defective, please photograph any damage to the packing materials before discarding them, and contact us at hello@sindroms.com. We will gladly offer you an exchange or refund. We do require that you return the defective item to us in order to receive your credit/exchange.

In the unlikely event that a magazine is lost on its way to you, please contact us and we will arrange for either a refund or a replacement.

Please note that it is your responsibility to make sure that the address submitted for shipping is correct and complete, and in case of an order being returned to us with any of the following reasons stated, we will not offer a refund of the shipping cost:

  • Wrong address

  • Incomplete address

  • Package not claimed

If due to a wrong address the order ends up being delivered in the wrong place instead of being returned to us, we will not be able to offer any refund for your order.
